Poe Park -- Poe Park located on the Concourse has undergone extensive renovations within the past year.

Jerome Green Street-- The Housing Corporation, along with Lehman College has worked to beautify this location with the assistance of many city agencies.

Street Trees -- The Housing Corporation planted, protects and maintains over 140 trees at our apartment buildings.

Williamsbridge Oval Report -- The Housing Corporation has assisted the Mosholu Woodlawn South Community Coalition in the creation of their report calling for the renovation of this important Norwood park.

Grand Concourse -- The Grand Concourse is a wide street composed of eight lanes in a residential neighborhood. We recommend that motorist slow down at this dangerous boulevard.
